Notice regarding sales and promotion of the Enercom Token

On 29.11.2022 Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein published a notice on its website https://www.fma-li.li regarding the circulation of potentially misleading promotional videos on social media, containing false or incomplete information about Enercom AG and Enercom Token.

Enercom AG is not producing or distributing any visual or textual promotional materials at the time and strictly disassociates itself from any statements or materials that are not published on the official website of the company: www.enercom.ag.

Following the guidance of the FMA Liechtenstein, we have started investigative activities with an aim to identify distributors of mentioned materials and to take actions to minimize potential risks to existing stakeholders and the public in general.

We kindly ask everyone to remain alert and re-check any information gathered on the internet, proposals, or promotions related to Enercom AG or Enercom Token and reconcile it against the information published on the website of Enercom AG. Access to the website of Enercom AG, Liechtenstein (“ENERCOM”) is restricted.

The information on the ENERCOM website is intended exclusively for qualified investors within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

  3. National and regional governments, including public bodies that manage public debt at national or regional level, Central Banks, international and supranational institutions such as the World Bank, the IMF, the ECB, the EIB and other similar international organisations.
  4. Other institutional investors whose main activity is to invest in financial instruments, including entities dedicated to the securitisation of assets or other financing transactions.
  5. Investors, who may be treated as professional investors on request.

The website is also not directed at any person or entity whose domicile, residence, principal place of business, incorporation, origin is subject to any foreign jurisdiction where the dissemination or use of such information and documents would be contrary to applicable law or regulation and would subject ENERCOM to additional registration requirements.
